Bernadette and Jen

Bernadette Peters (born Bernadette Lazzara, born on February 28, 1948) is an American actor, singer, and writer of children's books from Ozone Park Queens New York . Over the course of her career for five decades her appearances have been on stage and in the theatre along with solo shows and recordings. She was nominated and won three Drama Desk Awards. Grammy Awards went to four Broadway Cast Albums in which she was a part of. Peters began her acting career on stage in 1960s as young people, but she went on to work in 1970s in television and in film. For her early stage work and also for her TV appearances, including The Carol Burnett Show The Muppet Show as well as Annie. Her return to Broadway in the 1980s, where she became the most famous Broadway actor for the next 30 years. The singer has also released a variety of solo album, cast albums as well as singles. She performs in her own concerts on a regular basis. Peters has continued to appear in films and TV, and she's received nominations and the award three times. Emmy Awards.
